DEFENCE
Zeonics Systech manufactures a wide variety of capacitors for several
different kinds of Defence Applications including:
a) CAPACITORS FOR OPTICAL EQUIPMENT:
(Night Range Finders, Infrared Equipment, Marker Binoculars,Laser Battle Tank Orienters,
Laser Equipment and other accessories.)
b) ELECTRICAL APPLICATIONS:
Including Power Factor correction capacitors used in Armoured Vehicles, Trigger Units used
for Armaments, Energy Storage Banks used for explosive detonation, High Voltage Measuring
Units for Piezo Electric Transducers, Pulse Forming Networks, Filter Applications for
Radar Power Supplies and also as Energy Storage capacitors for High Power Transmitters.
These are also used in applications where delayed Triggering circuits are required, where
the capacitors are charged from suitable charging circuits and fired into impedance
matched loads for Detonation, Mine Blasting and other applications. They are also used
across high speed rotation where a large amount of high voltage Spikes are generated. Also
they are used for conventional bridge wire Explosives & specially controlled Bridge
wire Explosives used for strategic weapon systems. They are also used in warheads.
c) ELECTRO MECHANICAL APPLICATIONS:
Such as High Energy Low Volume Energy Dumps, High Frequency Actuators, Compensating
capacitors. Energy Storage capacitors for Wire Exploding Technique, metal forming of
components and also while magneto forming of components. |
